PROJECT MUSE

FASHION INSPIRED BY YOU, DESIGNED BY CODE

Ever thought to create your own unique design?
who knew that one-day machine learning can tailor out the designs as per the customers need!
Aren't you curious to know more about it?

Zalando is an online platform for fashion in Europe, teamed up with google zoo to create a new way out for people to muse for their own clothing type and unique design ideas, with the use of machine learning by merging the fashion field with coding in the fashion industry.
Project Muse is based on an open-source machine learning platform TensorFlow and Uk based advertising and digital company Stink Digital creating a predictive '' design engine''.
It consists of two parts:   a neural network and a set of aesthetic parameters.

  • A neural network is trained on an algorithm modelled on the human brain with 50,000 datasets & having the ability to make creative decisions as colour, textures, style, preferences of around  600 fashion experts and other aspects.
  • a set of aesthetic parameters working on Google Fashion Trends Report and Zalando's knowledge of fashion to refine the designs.

This project is the world's first technology to create customised designs, over time the code learned to predict what kind of fashion people like and create designs matching their preferences and similar interests. The user needs to fill up answer some personality-driven questions or drawing in their mobile to make their own unique design and own clothing ideas.

It makes sure to provide a fashion-forward design to the user guided by  Google Fashion Trends Report.

When I first heard about it I was so excited and rushed to tell my friends so what are you waiting for?
